Police: 26-year-old Donnell Smith shot, killed at 281 Powell St.
A man is dead after being shot in the head early Saturday morning. Police arrived at 281 Powell St. just after 2 a.m., where they found 26-year-old Donnell Smith unconscious and unresponsive.
