14-year-old girl arrested in group attack caught on video in Prospect Park

Police say they've arrested a 14-year-old girl in connection with the attack of another teenager in Prospect Park. Cellphone video of the July 1 assault went viral when it was posted on Facebook showing a group of girls beating up the victim while others cheer them on.
