3 men arrested after shooting, police chase near Sumner Houses in Bed-Stuy

Shots rang out in Bed-Stuy early Wednesday, leading to a foot chase and three arrests. Authorities say that patrol cops heard gunshots near the Sumner Houses on Myrtle Avenue at around 1 a.m. and chased three men seen running from the scene.
