Blogger ‘The Reverend Bud Green’ takes credit for Brooklyn Bridge white flags

A blogger has taken credit for swapping two flags on the Brooklyn Bridge. "The Reverend Bud Green" says it was members of the new pot party that put up white flags on the historic landmark where American flags typically fly.
