Man shot in leg outside deli on Rockaway Avenue in Brownsville

A dramatic scene unfolded at a Brownsville deli after a man was shot in the leg outside. Workers say the victim ran into the deli yelling that he'd been shot, and begging for someone to call an ambulance and the police.
